建議加班上限60小時 商總：加班收入多，有益身心
立法院群賢樓9樓21日召開「縮短工時政策」公聽會，會中資方全國商業總會
常務理事王權宏表示，希望勞動部可以延長勞工每個月加班上限提高到60小時，
這樣對勞工的身心、收入增加都是有所幫助。
臉書社團「自己的假自己救！」在場邊進行文字實況紀錄，其中在第一段發
言中，中正大學法律系副教授周兆昱表示，應該全國一致都有19天假，「台灣絕
對沒有『假太多』的問題」。
周兆昱表示，先別把台灣拿去跟高門檻的歐洲比，日本的國定假雖然只有16
天，但不分職業大家都可以放，且在將每週48工時調降成40小時後，也沒傳出什
麼要砍國定假日的要求，建議台灣政府可以朝此方向努力。
不過資方代表全國商業總會常務理事王權宏卻表示，希望勞動部未來可以延
長勞工每個月加班上限提高到60小時，並把工時時數的管制擴張到整個年度可以
任意調整，這樣對勞工的身心、收入增加都是有所幫助。
王權宏解釋，其實企業也不喜歡讓勞工加班，但商業、服務業並不適合放在
勞基法裡，大家應該了解商業、服務業的特性，人的變動很劇烈，台灣過去的發
展就是靠勞資和諧、努力攜手而來的成果。
